Shipping, cancellations and returns policies
At Dyari, our goal is to secure and package your order as soon as possible. Our processing time is 3 business days. We send you a tracking number as soon as the parcel departs for delivery.
We ship directly from our Montreal, Canada-based warehouse. We incur US Customs fees when an order is made across the border.
If any problem occurs with your shipment or any issue with the product at reception, please contact us at email@example.com within 5 business days of the delivery day. We don’t accept returns or refunds unless you received a wrong or damaged item, in that case, please provide us, through firstname.lastname@example.org, pictures of the item, the packaging, and the box.
Dyari will incur delivery fees in cases where the product you have ordered is delivered damaged, defective, or with error.
Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us.
We are not responsible for delays or packages sent to the wrong addresses. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a proper shipping address when placing the order.
